Camila Tours was established in 1999 after former bus driver, Robert Sandoval, decided there was a need for a reliable transportation service in the area. With only one bus, Camila Tours was launched providing the Northeastern states with excursions and sightseeing adventures.

We booked a mini-bus with Camila Tours & Travel for a university club field trip to a museum in NYC. We were a bit nervous as their quote was much, much cheaper than the other bus charter companies we had previously called. Fortunately, their representatives were helpful, polite, and very patient with us while our university had us jumping through hoops to access club funds.

There was a minor issue with payment due to some miscommunications but it was quickly rectified with a refund the next day and an apology. It didn't take long for us to realize we had nothing to worry about and we were getting a great deal without a decrease in the quality of service. Our driver, Paul, arrived a half hour before our departure time and was very polite. We arrived with no problems and he was at the museum ten minutes or so before our departure time, ready to go whenever we were all on board.

We ended up getting caught up in a snow storm on the way back and the driving conditions were horrendous. We passed a lot of accidents on our way back home to NJ but our return ride was very smooth. We were very grateful and happy to have Paul as our driver. He was excellent and kept our ride rather uneventful beyond our club activities! Camila Tours & Travel was fantastic and we will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future!!!

17th Birthday Dorney Park Bash

We had a 10 am departure to Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom for my daughter's 17th birthday. The driver arrived promptly at 9:30 am. The hour and a half drive was excellent and we arrived in little to no time. When we left from the park at 8 pm he was waiting for us by the bus and the ride home was just as pleasant as the ride there. Strongly recommend this bus company because of their commitment to our needs.

What airports do you serve?

We provide service to and from La Guardia, J.F.K., Newark, and Philadelphia. If the airport you're traveling to/from isn't listed but is in the area, please don't hesitate to contact us to inquire. Thanks!
How far in advance can I make a reservation?

Generally, we suggest booking your coach a month in advance of the travel date! However, this depends on availability. The sooner you book, the better.
When do I have to pay?

A 30 % deposit is due within a week of receiving the contract. Payment in full is due two weeks prior to the trip date.
Can I change my booking?

Yes, you can change your booking by contacting a sales agent. Please note that changes could alter the price of the trip.
Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, things happen, we are customer friendly! You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of the trip and pay no cancellation fee. However, if you fail to give the 48 hours’ notice, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders and wire transfers to pay for charter bookings.
