  • What airports do you serve?

    We provide service to and from La Guardia, J.F.K., Newark, and Philadelphia. If the airport you're traveling to/from isn't listed but is in the area, please don't hesitate to contact us to inquire. Thanks!

  • How far in advance can I make a reservation?

    Generally, we suggest booking your coach a month in advance of the travel date! However, this depends on availability. The sooner you book, the better.

  • When do I have to pay?

    A 30 % deposit is due within a week of receiving the contract. Payment in full is due two weeks prior to the trip date.

  • Can I change my booking?

    Yes, you can change your booking by contacting a sales agent. Please note that changes could alter the price of the trip.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Yes, things happen, we are customer friendly! You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of the trip and pay no cancellation fee. However, if you fail to give the 48 hours’ notice, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.

  • What form of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders and wire transfers to pay for charter bookings.
